1. Before translation starts, examination of the source text to be translated

2. Project planning involves selecting specialized resources and puting together a team encompassing all the fields of expertise required while keeping a close eye on the schedule.

3. Regular status reporting keeps the client up to date on project progress with early detection and resolution of potential issues.

4.  We apply quality assurance procedures.

5. After translation, a quality check is completed prior to final delivery

6. Retrospective discussion with the client regarding the completed project with a view to streamlining and improving future projects
